- Assistive Technology (AT)
- Assistive technology are the tools and resources used by individuals with disabilities to help improve their quality of life and live more independently.
- Creative Careers - Job Development
- Creative Careers is vendorized by the Department of Rehabilitation to provide job development services for individuals with disabilities.
- Communication Access
- Communication Access Services provides American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting, by appointment, when receiving CIL services, as well as ensuring that information is in accessible formats.
- High School Transition - BRIDGES
- BRIDGES is designed to assist high school students with physical or learning disabilities transition from the safety of the school environment to the more complex working world, educational environment, and/or adulthood.
- Housing Resources
- Independent Living Specialists work with consumers regarding Landlord/Tenant Advocacy, Home Modification Resources, Apartment Referral List, Homeowners/Renters Assistance, and other housing-related topics.
- Information & Referral
- Independent Living Specialists work with consumers regarding the broad range of disability-related information/referral.
- Peer Support
- A bi-monthly meeting group with open discussion and activities that including disability issues, life issues, disability rights awareness, etc.
- Transitions
- The Transitions Project is intended to assist people with disabilities in relocating out of a skilled nursing facility and into independent living.
- Work Incentive Planning Assistance (WIPA)
- The WIPA program assists individuals who are receiving SSI or SSDI benefits and are interested in returning to work.
